Discover the lush landscapes, serene backwaters, and vibrant wildlife of Kerala. This tour takes you through the tea gardens of Munnar, the wildlife-rich forests of Thekkady, the tranquil backwaters of Kumarakom, and the charming canals of Alleppey.

Cochin serves as the starting and ending point for this scenic journey, connecting Kerala’s most beloved hill stations and backwater destinations.
Day 01: Arrival Cochin – Transfer to Munnar​
(Approx. 126 kms, 3 hrs 40 mins)​ Meet and assist on arrival at Cochin Airport/Railway Station. Transfer to Munnar, known as Kerala’s “Tea Garden Hill Station.” En route, visit Vallara and Cheeyappara waterfalls and explore a spice plantation. In the evening, enjoy the breathtaking views of lush tea gardens. Dinner and overnight stay in Munnar.

After breakfast, embark on a full-day sightseeing tour of Munnar. Visit Eravikulam National Park (home to the endangered Nilgiri Tahr), Tea Museum, and Tea Factory. Explore Rose Garden, Blossom Hydel Park, Mattupetty Dam, Echo Point, and Kundala Lake.
Return to the hotel for an overnight stay in Munnar.

Eravikulam National Park remains closed from 1st Feb to 15th Apr during the breeding season. For entry, book tickets in advance at: Eravikulam National Park

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and drive to Thekkady. Visit Periyar National Park, renowned for its wildlife and scenic lake. Enjoy a boat ride on Periyar Lake, offering a unique opportunity to observe wildlife up close. In the evening, take a guided spice plantation tour. Overnight stay in Thekkady.

Important Note:
Boating at Periyar Lake requires prior booking. Reserve your spot online at: Periyar Boating or KTDC Boating

After breakfast, explore Thekkady further with a visit to Periyar National Park. Opt for an early morning or evening boat safari for better wildlife sightings. Spend the rest of the day at leisure or explore local markets. Overnight stay in Thekkady.

(Approx. 125 kms, 3 hrs 20 mins)​
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and transfer to Kumarakom. Visit the famous Kumarakom Bird Sanctuary, home to migratory species like the Siberian crane. Enjoy the serene backwaters and relax at your hotel. Overnight stay in Kumarakom.

(Approx. 35 kms, 55 mins)​
After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Alleppey, the “Venice of India.” Board a private houseboat and cruise through the tranquil backwaters, passing by paddy fields, coconut groves, and coir villages. Enjoy a delicious onboard lunch, evening snacks,dinner, and an overnight stay on the houseboat

Important Note:
Houseboats operate from 12 PM to 5 PM and anchor from 5 PM to 8 AM. A/C in deluxe houseboats functions from 9 PM to 6 AM.
